Few of friends on Facebook, their pages are coming up as though its private although we are friends?

I have a few friends on Facebook, that when I go on their page it's like it's private. I can see posts that I have been tagged in or I tagged them in but nothing else. It's happened to me too, my partner can't see nothing on my page except things I've tagged him in? What is the problem here? My page is private to others but not to friends obviously

if its Coming up As Private That Means The Persons Profile that you are Viewing Has Set Everything to Private Thats Why
