How to reset Facebook password through mobile phone?

Facebook has logged out randomly from mobile device. Cannot log back in...go through all steps to reset password but when it asks where i would like to reset password nothing comes out. I don't have an email bieng I made my facebook only with my mobile number... someone please help!

there is no way to do it only using a phone

you have to log in using a computer

Open the Facebook login lage and click on the forgot password? Then asks to enter email id or phone no or full name enter ur phone no and click on search then it shows ur profile just click on it and it sends a link as to reset ur password to ur mobile numer

So you set the account up via mobile phone? Act like you forgot your password then it will ask if you would like to request a reset then it will send a link to your mobile phone.

Open facebook homepage then click on forgot password then enter ur phone no. Or email or full name then facebook shows ur account then click on continue then enter ur verification code
