Facebook deactivation?

My friend has deactivated and reactivated her profile many times. Yesterday, she deactivated it again and this time when I searched for her name nothing came up.
But today, however, when I was searching for her - her photo came up again, along with her name. It said 'Sorry, this page isn't available The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed' once I clicked on her photo.

Did she reactivate her fb profile once again since yesterday? I mean, yesterday nothing came up so I was pretty sure she deactivated - but today it said 'Sorry, this page isn't available...'. A few hours later, the same writing disappeared again.

I'm not blocked by the person btw
No, she hasn't - because my other friends checked it too, and the same thing happened to them.
