Twitter isn't loading properly?

Since sometime last night, twitter hasn't loaded properly for me PERIOD. It just looks like this:

I've cleared out my history, cache, etc, and that didn't work. I've restarted, refreshed, updated Google Chrome. Nothing's working. I even got desperate enough to open internet explorer and twitter is doing the SAME EXACT thing on there.

Help? Is it just me?
And I'm NOT logged in on either internet explorer or chrome because I can't view twitter to even do that.

Same thing happened to me on Facebook & I solved the problem by disabling secure browsing (http instead of https). To do this:
1. Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
2. Select Options
3. Click the Under the Hood tab and find the "Privacy" section.
4. Deselect the "Enable phishing and malware protection" checkbox.
If that doesn't work try using a different windows user account

This is due to Syrian hacking attacks on various websites. Twitter is one of the targets and some of the pages won't cache correctly because of the DDoS attacks.

It's affecting users in patches, so some will load it fine, others won't, it depends on the DNS server you will be connecting to at Twitter's end.
