Is facebookinlog.com a scam/fake?

Hello,

When I wanted to access a certain site I found the website http://facebookinlog.com in my browser history. Now, I am sure I did not log into this site, but when I asked my mother she confirmed that she did log into that site with her account.

I logged into her facebook through the actual site and changed her password just to be sure but is this site a scam or something that will bring in a virus? I know the site is written in Dutch (at least for me) but I'd figure some people could know. I tried searching on the internet but I found no legit info about this site. Any help would be great, thanks!
