I can't add a timeline cover for my Facebook page, it keeps loading but it won't actually be there.
I can't even delete pictures or click options.

Cover photos can actually take a while to upload, so try refreshing the page and seeing if your cover photo has already uploaded when the page tells you its loading. It usually is already uploaded for me in that way. Otherwise you might just have to wait a while. You might have either a old browser or slow internet connection if you cant delete pictures or click options.
