I tried to log in I logged in and they ask question and I answered them but after answering it shows something went wrong and Im logged out

Actually facebook launches a new version few days back , that will block the unknow accounts , it will be blocked from the data base checker of FB servers .. so you need to upload your ID proof to the facebook so that they will unblock it .. no need to install or reinstall anything on your system .
