First of all clear recent history then open your account. May be its due to spam.

Hi It's ME,
it is very common problem for everyone. including me
few days back i saw that ticker but now it is disappeared. and after some days it will be back i think so.
if you already have that ticker and now suddenly disappeared then wait for some more days don't know exactly how much time it will take but it will come back for sure.
