How to get the new facebook layout?
All my friends have the new bubbly facebook layout! When they log on to my laptop it shows it on their facebook but mine is still the old one. I believe it might be a reason why my facebook is lagging so much? I HAVE to refresh the page to receive my messages. It's getting annoying. Is there anyway I can get it to work?

You wait for Facebook to update their servers.

Facebook has a lot of different servers running their website. Rather than try to update everything at once, which would take down the website for several hours, they roll out updates to a few computers at a time. Once Facebook turns the update on for more servers, you'll get the new layout.
