Don't turn on Following (Account Settings ➤Followers).
Set your audience setting for friends only. For some friends, put them in Restricted list, so they only see your public post/involvement. |

You can simply block them. If this is a case of cyber bullying I advise you to report them. If you're attending school from K-12 tell the principal or your counselor.
