How to stop status update notifications on Facebook?
I've been trying to figure this out for awhile... The only answer I can find is to take these people off of my close friends list. But they are NOT on my close friends list. They are not on any list except for acquaintance.

Please help!

Try changing your notification settings in account settings--- Notification settings.
