Is there a way that I can tell if a person on Facebook is online if they're not my friend? I want to be able to tell whether or not a person is online, but they're not my friend so they're not in my chat list. I want to be able to tell to see if they have had a chance to look at my friend request yet.

Well the best thing to do, is to see if you can find out when was the last time that person has done something. Some people just leave peoples friend request pending. If they have done something, then the best thing is to cancel your friend request
