IS MY ACCOUNT LINKED TO FB HACKED IF I CAN'T SEND FROM IT SO IT HAS OUTSIDE USE I CAN'T SEE?

Is it possible that my account can be used by someone else and I can't see 'sent' as they are using it so that I CAN'T TELL ITS USED?

I have had strange activity such as I CAN'T SEE sent emails FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS but never occur 2 me to the point of missing work emails etc and only just realised maybe they are NOT SENDING AT ALL? I barely use it as it is except for business contacts.
I just thought it wasnt showing sent.
I have also been told I sent out my diary pages 2 biz & when I have tried shutting it says this or my other account is in use or something but I don't know what it is.
I am not sure if FB also sends to my account as I have also noticed I don't get those notification? My partner had no antivirus for a year, we used to get all kinds of spyware etc and even when I eventually put antivirus software on recently you can still plainly see the trogan eeg war games etc that wont disappear and 'scanning' with fake antivirus software.
The account itself still works as I get email but I am sure not all is going out, or randomly sending out pages I have typed and saved. I can't see 'sent' mail and can't see 'drafts' when I save accidentally. It was my main account years ago.

My FB was hacked this year....is it possible that it means my email also was hacked & if so how? I don't use online banking etc but it never occurred to me it may be used for other reasons, I have only had money come out once but it was put back.
FB notified me it was hacked. At the time I was told to go to US authorities but no idea how you would do it....opening FB was more obvious as they picked up on it and told me given it was OS. It is all sealed.I didn't know it meant is I use his computer, my accounts get corrupted? But not the other ones?
Last month, I have had my FB hacked by someone in US and my linked yahoo account keeps getting only spam AND THATS ALL, not enough to block it all but eg 30 a day. Its mostly inactive though.

I also can't see any sent emails since 2012 to the point I have missed contracts not confirmed by me where the other party said they never got my confirmation, despite me sending it, but even if it doesn't show in 'sent' it still was.
I only just found out that when I have attatched my phone number to word based docs it actually was not in the final email which I don't know as I can't open word but assumed it was going out.
Effectively no one can call me.
I don't seem to have an option with FB to remove yahoo account, but is it possible if I can't see sent emails they are also not going out as I thought, but also would think if someone else uses my account I wouldnt know as I CAN'T SEE ANYTHING SENT?
I also found a few instances of my diary effectivel gong out 2 contacts.
I have also found my employer was changed on linkedin ie someone I have never worked for.
So now I find instead things keep getting posted from my I can't seem to shut it. Now my number has gone out and also missing from other correspondence but on at the time.

This account mostly gets spam but is attached to other providers, I just thought it was due to FB etc. Then a few months ago FB said that I had had my account opened somewhere in the US so I had to change all my passwords.
Now today paypal told me Ebay made a deduction even though I cancelled my account.

I am concerned. I usually just email to myself like a diary but a prospective business told me I had sent my diary..I hadn't, a bit funny but am wondering how many times it has happened.
Is it possible to close and then re open my account?
I told yahoo a year ago...but it hasn't changed, I can't see sent emails and if not for the above I have only just put together, the account is for business contacts only so am concerned.
Ironically I barely use it but now realise that mabye my account is somehow hacked.

I also noticed my name changed on Linked in.
My details are pretty limited online, I barely check it at all.
Can I shut account well and truly the open with same address? Yahoo never really responds and now am concerned. If that employer didnt tell me I sent my diary (!) then I would not be aware. I also had another online forum I buy and sell on for years shut down with no explanation.
Is my account is blocked..if I am not 'sending' as is it possible when I can't see sent emails from 2012 then mabye it hasnt sent since that time? or others r?
Think I JUST ANSWER MY OWN QUESTION as when I try and send from yahoo to other accounts I don't see it in the inbox?
how do i fix this? The link 2 othr sites make it impssible to shut as they keep it open as my 'primary' so I can't?
