Instagram likes and comments not showing up?

So on Instagram it shows that people liked my picture but when I go on my profile and click on the picture their likes don't show up? It is the same with comments too.. It's been like this for two days. I've tried restarting my phone, logging out Instagram and logging back in and deleting the app and getting it again. Had this happened to anyone else? And do you know how I can fix it?

It's happening to a lot of people right now, including myself. I'm not seeing comments going in or out, either

Reset your phone. Factory reset, and install

It's been happening to a ton of people, def very annoying.
