How to change my password or email on twitter on my iphone?

I am unable to log onto twitter on a laptop because i dont know what my password is. I cant reset my password because i no longer can access my email that it is connected to. I have tried for ages and still dont know what to do. If my twitter logs off on my phone i have lost my twitter account :-( so is there anyway i can change my email or password on my iphone?

I have the same issue. If you have your phone number linked to your account they can reset your password via SMS. Otherwise there's nothing you can do except create a new twitter account and slowly copy the information (such as who you're following) to the new account. Let your current followers know you're moving to a new account - it's very frustrating!
