How To Change Twitter Password When Listed Email Address Password Is Lost?

I misplaced both my Twitter password and the password to the email address that is listed on my Twitter account.
Need to change my email address in my Twitter account settings and my Twitter password, plus make a ton of other changes, but cannot do this as my listed email address password and Twitter account password have both been misplaced!!
Will NOT call help line as customer service is horrible!!
Need advice from those who are savvy with Twitter, password retrieval, or basic circumvention methods to change my information on Twitter.

DO NOT OWN MOBILE PHONE, so will need to retrieve Twitter password information another way.

If you've added your mobile number to your account in your Mobile settings, you may receive a password reset via SMS/text message.

From the Forgot password? page and enter your mobile number or Twitter username.
Select Reset via phone, if prompted.
Twitter will text you a six digit code that is valid for 15 minutes.
Enter this code on the web.
You will then be prompted to choose a new password.
