Is cyber bullying a crime?

Is it a felony? I have been cyber bullied a lot on social media.

It is a crime in my state. It is called harassment by electronic means. It is a misdemeanor.

It is not likely to result in an arrest, though. They will be called and warned to stop and you will be told to block them. The only time I have seen an arrest is when they continue after being told to stop or create multiple accounts so the harassment is severe.
