Can people who aren't your friend on facebook tag you in photos?
This person I'm not friends with on facebook, but have a mutual friend with, took a bunch of annoying pictures of me. If they post them on fb can they tag me in them? If so, how can I prevent this?

It depends on weather or not you are over 18. If so, then yes, I believe.
