Is this a hack link for twitter?

I recieved a msg from a Nigerian guy on Twitter and it has a Tiny url in it.
After I clicked the link I was directed to a Twitter page but it said that my session was close and I need to relogin, I didn't login and it looked suspecious that my session was closed when it's still open in the other tab.

I tried searching but I couldn't find anything. If this is a real hacking link I'm going to say his Twitter ID here for reporting. Only my friend and I reported him because we both got the link from him.

Probably not a hacking link, but probably a scam link. Don't click on anything that looks suspicious, like I got this one a few times: "LOL, look at this pic I found of you!" Ya, right. Like they're gonna have a photo of me on some weird website. Rather don't click on anything from strangers.
