How come on instagram I can't view a person I'm following who they are following?
A person on Instagram i am following have like 1500 followers and are only following like 40 people and when I click on the person who they are following it doesn't list all of the 40 people that person is following? Is there anyway I can look at all the people that person is following?
The person I am following is not private, that person follow me and then unfollow me when the person was getting a lot of followers

I know, i hate when people do that. There is no easy way to do this. One way is to go to all of the people you follow, and see if it says "this user is private" they are not following you. If it isnt private, they still may not be following you. If that is the case, check who they are following. Your account will not have a blue or green bubble. If you see your name, they are following you. An Easier option is to memorize all of the people that follow you, and therefore, everyone that is not following you, that you are following should be unfollowed. There is no easy way to do that. They should make it easier to know.
