How do hide a photo from your timeline?

I changed my profile picture but I don't want it to be on my timeline but when I click on the arrow it doesn't say "hide from timeline" it just says "none."

What can I do?

You didn't mention any social networking site...but it seems to me you are talking about Facebook. if so, Go to you profile, click on activity log, look for your recent profile picture, at the upper right click on the pencil icon there, and hide it from timeline....
