Please please help me I don't kno what to do and it's making me nervous!! Instagram pictures and videos won't load!! I tried re downloading the app and logging in and out and nothing works!!!! I don't kno what the fudge to do and it's making me pissed and upset because the I Internet is working!! Please please help me !! Do I have to start another account?!? Oh gosh please noooo!!!!!!!! I can start another one!!! U have to help me!!! HELP!!!! It's so weird that this stuff isn't working and I tried resetting my phone too and nothing works! I tried resetting my Internet too!!! What should I do? Please help me it would be greatly appreciated

If I were you I would turn your computer off and then turn it back on again. this is what is known as 'video shock', it's when the computer Monitor hasn't fully loaded. and thus is having difficulty loading certain content.

otherwise I would recommend just waiting an additional 12-18 hours. might be a site problem. it's really nothing to worry about though. these types of things happen all the time.
