How do people become your favourite on chat??? And will you become their favourite if they are on your favourite list?!?! And do they know if they become your favourite ?!? Please I need to know

The favourites list is, quite stupidly, entirely automated. You can't decide who is on your favourites list. If you talk to someone very frequently, they are more likely to be on there, although that doesn't always seem to be a requirement for some strange reason. Sometimes, people you talk to all the time won't be on there, and people you barely talk to are. It's a flawed system.
No, people you have on your favourite list will not necessarily have you on theirs, but if you've both talked to each other a lot, it's quite likely to be the case.
