Can I do this on Facebook?
Hi everyone! I was wondering if I can put on my facebook the "Like" and "Comment" parts public so everyone who sees it even if we're not friends can like or comment them. Is there any possible way I can do that and how I can do it? Thank you all for your help and have a wonderful week!

Well, if you post something and one of your friend likes it then it might be shown on other peoples wall saying "........ Liked/commented on a photo" and that friend might not be your friend on facebook. answer mine http://uk.answers.yahoo.com/question/ind...427AAlvgrR

Yes it is possible.,
Follow the below one,

Before hitting the “Post” button, click on the drop-down menu to the left of the Post button to select who can view your posting.
In that choose the "Public" option,

Then your likes and comment will be public..

You have to Turn on Follow in order to achieve that, it's the setting under Follower under Account Settings, and set to enable public to comment on it. This will however, applicable only to post you set for Public to see it.
