How are Facebook posts received on the feed?
Say there are a thousand friends and they post at the same time. How many get shown? Who is more likely to appear?

Facebook automatically manages this. You can also hover over Add As a Friend/Like button on friend profile/page where you will find an option about always showing their feeds.

When you move mouse on this button a small menu is displayed with different options and one of them should be about showing feeds.
