how do I get back onto facebook?

I was asked for my user name I gave it and now I cant get back on facebook it keeps saying go to e.mail for confirmation no. But I didnt get one in scam or anywhere

Who asked you for it?  Who did you give it to?  did you give them your password as well?  If you did this in response to a phishing email, then your login details have been stolen, and you'll need to ring Facebook to recover them.

You Need to Confirm your Account Go to your Email And Check for the Message if its not in your Inbox Check your Junk Folder

if its Not In There See if There is a Resend Button if there is Click on it and Resend it and Hopefully it Will Get Sent to your Email
