Would 1gb of data be enough for the iphone 4s?

I plan on getting the 1gb of data per month and wondering if it would be enough for me because i dont want to go over and pay loads of money. I would be on twitter, instagram and snapchat mostly, but connecting to wifi when available. Also should i turn my data off everytime i can connect to wifi to save data or will it not be used when connected to wifi? When should i turn data off.

That depends on what you do with it within a month's time & how often you do it. Data would not be used when connected to wifi.

Cell data is not counted whe connected to wifi. I know that 4g isn't much data for myself with the verizon 4s, but I watch videos and surf the net and play games often. I wouldn't suggest a 1G data plan unless you'll be connected to wifi almost always.
