Liking tells the world, that you are interested in something or you really find something to be good.

All a load of rubbish and don't really mean a thing.

They're just an ego booster to complete inane drivel and nothing else because people will just click anything because it's there whether they like it or not.

One example I saw written on a wall once was "I'm buying a new washing machine!"

That was it! Nothing else, just a statement. That got 45 likes.

Just shows the average level of intelligence on FB now.

Liking is when you like something, I personally think it's rubbish, people will like everything and anything on Facebook.
