How do you know if person ignored friend request or just doesnt get on?
So I added a friend request to a girl I had a crush on just because, we talked enough for me to do so...anyway I added her and still shows pending...If it is still pending and their set to private...does their facebook profile update when they do things. It would make sense that if she changed her profile picture and it was pending...she ignored it...

On FB if someone declines your request then when you look at their profile it will say "add friend" or whatever, however if it says it is still pending then it means they haven't declined just ignored it.

If they ignore your friend request that doesn't mean the friend request you sent to that person got deleted. If the person you sent friend request made their timeline settings public then you can view their posts.
