Tired of Facebook. It's a time waster, annoying but I can't seem to get off! What do I do?
Sick & tired of FB...I can go on & on. I check it constantly, I post things daily. I feel like I "have to keep in touch & keep up" but I know that I don't. I also get distracted from responsibilities & end up snooping into peoples profiles being nosy. I'm so over it. I'm married have 3 kids & a full time job! But I still find it hard to NOT feel that I MUST be part of the facebook world. I deactivate then in a day reactivate. Any advice?

Tell everyone in your circles to quit too. It's a cult. An unhealthy one as well. Good luck.

Here's my idea-->

--Get a timer.
--Set the times you want to be on or off the internet.
--Plug the internet modem into the timer. Make sure the timer can handle the wattage from the modem.

Voila! Internet turns on and off automatically Big Grin

Get busy in other things like
1.your hobbies,interests
2.social activities/works
3.clean your room/family room
4.learn new things/ creativity
5.work and help in other's work.
6.If you are not busy, have some friends get together and have fun.
7.Skype/voice chat with friend.
8.TV programmes, Radios, musics make you busy.
