No They Wont Get it you Can Only Send messages on Facebook you can Not Send Things Outside of Facebook to People Through Messages

you have to Send it To A Email Address Outside of Facebook

Ask The Friend that your Sending it to For There Email Address And Use that For a Email Address to Send it to Them

Sorry but you cannot message an e-card to a facebook friend, all you can do is send it to their email address instead.

you can also directly email <facebook username>@facebookemail.com and they will receive it on the Facebook inbox.
