How can I change back my instagram profile from private to public?

I accidentally changed my instagram profile to private. Now I can't seem to find ANYWHERE how I go back to having a public profile. Need help!!

Smartphones:
You sound like you're new to it so I'll explain step-by-step.
1. Click your profile
(At the bottom of the application theres (In order); Home, Explore, Upload, Notifications, & Profile- Click profile the icon all the way on the right)
2. Click "Edit Profile >"
3. "Photos are Private" To make them private make sure its checked. If you DON'T want it private make sure its unchecked.
4. When you're done click "Save" all the way at the bottom

If you have an iPhone its pretty similar, but I think you have to go to your settings instead.
