How do you hack on to a boyfriends Facebook?

My boyfriend told me that he could see stuff like my messages and when I do anything on Facebook with out me knowing. I have my settings on very high and he doesn't have my password and it's never been changed. How could he do this?

I am a hacker and have hacked facebook and it does not take an hour...but instead of hacking you sure he doesnt go on your computer or look on your phone? have you ever logged in from his phone/computer? if not he is teasing you.
