others or will it just say 'shared with friends'

I don't want some of my friends to know I customed my post to make it invisible to other friends

I hope this question is clear!!

I am asking about those friends who I have allowed to see it; will they know I excluded other friends from seeing it?

you can tag your freind.when you tag your friends your friend see your post in notification
