How can you use twitter with a non-smart phone?
I have a non-smart phone and want to be able to udate my twitter status from it. Someone told me the is a number you can text and it puts your text message as your staus update. So via text is fine, but it cant use any data. Anyone know?

It is possible with a service called "ifttt.com".
Because someone on "ifttt.com" made a 'recipe' called: "post a new tweet on twitter through sms. [useful for non-regional , non-network operator support]" This 'recipe' can be accessed on: "http://ifttt.com/recipes/2425" A recipe is just a pre-made trigger, so when you send an sms to "ifttt.com", that same sms will be sent to Twitter.com, so yeah, that's the only way i can think of really. If you go to 'settings' and then along the left hand side click on the link that says 'mobile' and then type in your mobile number and it will give you the number you can use to text twitter.
