Is facebook clone legal to start a social site?
I was wondering with all the clone scripts out in the market if its legal to start a social clone site like facebook with all the features of facebook, except to give it a different name instead of facebook?

as long as the code aint the same as facebooks code its fine if you do it.
you cant steal someone else code and just change name.
