How to find a fake instagram of myself?

About 2 or 3 months ago, I seen that there was a fake Instagram account using my pictures. I noticed when they sent me a follow request. That same day, I look it up and it's gone. I'm thinking that they blocked me, but I could use my friend's instagram to view the account if it''s still up. I forgot the username. Is there anyway I can find them?
