Does This Really Mean People Recently Looked At Your Profile On Fb?

Hello (: so my tia told me that when your on fb on your profile that there is a box with 9 friends on your profile, she said that those 9 friends are the one that recently checked your profile out... I told her nooo are you sure.. She said yes, that when I see her profile it shows my name in that box. Is that true? Or how do you know when your friends are looking at your profile? I know people say there is a way, & my tia says that its those 9 people. I'm confused because if it is true that means my best friends & my ex who just dumped me are one of those 9 people, so that means they recently checked me out?

Not true.
Maybe, those 9 pic are the ones you've most connected with, by pm, comments or like, but only recently, yet some friend shown there I've not 'contacting' for a long time and most likely they don't see my profile either.

Anyhow, I'd rather don't draw any conclusion from it as with other FB algorithm, it's not clear & might change from time to time.

the nine people in the box are the friends YOU interact most with that happen to be friends with the person whose profile you are viewing.

Facebook has no app, no hack, no internal program or anything that allows you to know who looks at someones profile the most. Anything that proclaims such are lies/malware.
