Trouble with changing twitter picture?

I made a new twitter, and I'm on my iPod and, I clicked settings, then edit profile. Normally there should be the "change photo" in blue letters there,but it's not. Why's it doing this? Anyone else having this problem?

Hey Anna,

The settings and appearance might slightly vary from app to app. I'm pretty sure that if you look around, you'd find the link allowing you to change your pic.
