Does this count as spamming Twitter to get something trending?
People on my timeline are repeatedly writing the same thing over and over in one tweet to try get it trending, will that count as just spam and not trend?

The entire ridiculous concept of "trending" reduces allegedly mature human beings to nothing more than sheep. Adults wonder how teens can be so childlike in their Internet activities
