How do you take clips from youtube and upload them as instavideos on instagram?

So I'm trying to take a clip from youtube and upload It on instagram as an instavideo but I don't know how. Many people have done ot but they won't tell me how plz help?! ILL ALSO GIVE EXTRA POINTS. Thanks xoxo

they do it by using services such as http://www.clipconverter.cc/ and then putting them up on instagram. if i found one of my videos on instagram though, i'd take it down in a second, as doing this can infringe on the IP of the original uploader.
