Hi! If my facebook profile is private, and a friend tag me on a photo (along with him/her), his/her friends will see the photo I am tagged in?

Yeah they will see your photo. You can prevent tagging by adjusting the settings of your facebook account.

What do you mean by your FB profile is private?
There's no such FB profile is private. Everybody can see everybody else profile unless blocked.

If your friend tagged you in a pic, your friends' friends, you and your friends will see that pic you were tagged in eventhough you hide that pic in your timeline.
