Does the game "Mood Reader" on Facebook post things automatically?

I got these weird videos in a foreign language come up on my account saying that I'd posted them via mood reader, and I have never used this app. I'm really worried that my account has been hacked so could someone please tell me whether this game is automatic or not?

If you don't trust or never used that app before, I would suggest blocking that app from it's respective facebook page, this way, you don't have it spamming your newsfeed or timeline.

It Can If you Added the App It Gives the App Permission to Post Things to your Facebook if you Dont Want it to I Would Delete the App And Block it and Change your Password For Safety Precaution
