If I liked my friends comment on facebook...?

So when you like a friends comment on a facebook they get a notification saying that you liked it. That bit i know.
so say if a couple of their friends have liked the comment before me that I dont have on facebook since i dont know them, will these friends get a notification saying that I liked my friends comment even though they dont know me? Or will only our mutual friends who also like the comment get a notification saying i liked it? I know its confusing but no rude answers thanks.

The only person who will get a notification is the person who's comment you liked

Only the person who posted the comment will get the notification. Anyone else who liked or commented on it will not receive YOUR notification that you liked it because they are not the one who posted it to begin with.
