How come nobody respond on Facebook?

Hi, whenever I talked to them on Facebook but nobody respond for some reasons. I understand they on their phone all the time but nobody respond back. I'm so bored that I can't that no one want to chat with me. I felt bad for me. I mean whenever I chat to them and a few hours later they respond very late. I wonder why they chatted so late?

Did they see your message? It tells you when they saw it so if they saw it at that time but responded later its either because they aren't in the mood to talk to you or are in a situation where they can't respond. If they keep doing it even though they saw your message just try to say something interesting, start a conversation where they can add to.
