Need help with Facebook!?

I registered my Facebook account with an yahoo email and I haven't been on Facebookin a LONG time neither have I been on my email in a long time either. I want to delete my Facebook but I forgot my password so I logged into the yahoo email and it was deactivated because I haven't been on it in a long time. Now I cant access my Facebook at all or the email!! Please help me

Well, I looked all over their Help areas and it wasn't very helpful.

But - you can access their community forums without being logged in so maybe someone in the forums can help?
