How do I remove the phone icon next to my name on Facebook chat?
I only ever use FB on my phone, but few days ago I had to, and now I can't get rid of the mobile phone icon next to my name on chat.
I logged out of the FB app on my android phone, changed my password and chose the 'log out of all devices' option, deactivated and reactivated my account, phone icon and time stamp still show up :\

It's because you access FB using FB apk! Not because you use mobile/phone.

Try for instance access FB with your mobile/phone, from https://m.facebook.com (FB web mobile), there will be no phone icon. That icon will also appear on your post whenever you access FB with FB apk, and 'via mobile' on your comments.
