In Facebook, when I tag a photo, it doesn't show up on the news feed of friends of friend?
In Facebook, when I tag a photo say Mr. X, it doesn't show up on the news feed of friends of friend(Mr. X).
But it happens when others tag Mr. X?
Anyone know why?

either you or Mr.X has changed his settings. reset all settings and you should be fine
