How do you know what each topic each week for instagram is?
Like on instagram monday is man candy monday and wednesday is women candy wednesday and all that. Those are the only 2 weeks I know. What are other ones? How do you know? Is there a website or something?

Mon- Man Candy Monday
Tues- Transformation Tuesday
Wed- Woman Crush Wednesday
Thursday- Throwback Thursday
Friday- Sunday: No theme.
It's just been the trend on social websites.
