some facebook friends are asking me to like their pages?

BUT i only like pages that interest me ,i liked some before just b/c they were friends ,one was kids toys,books and one was lingerie,don't have an interest in any of these things and really don't want to like them especially since my likes come up on my feed and time line.how do i politely tell them i don't want to like their pages?

Now there can be two ways. One do not like those pages your friends may become crazy. This might hurt your social life. The other way is like those pages and they will appear in your feed. This could be stopped. All you need to do is like a page and uncheck the "following" option which appear when you move your mouse pointer on to the like button. Now its win win situation. Your friend are happy. You are happy.

There's no reason you should like their Facebook pages simply to appease them. Simply apologize, and explain politely that you have no interest in such pages. If your friends get angry, then they're not very good friends, then, are they?

And example of something you could say:

"I'm sorry, <friend's name>, but I'm not interested in these pages, and I don't want them cluttering up my feed. A single like won't affect anything. And besides, what's the point of having people pretend to like something?"
